Do what you can, with what you have, where you are.”

Theodore Roosevelt

I grew up pursuing all sorts of different hobbies, whether it was music, dance, or theater. I never knew where life would take me. But I knew that if there was one thing I was meant to be, it was to be an artist. Later on in high school, I discovered design, and at SJSU I was given the chance to pursue it further. The BFA Graphic Design program was one of the most challenging, yet enriching experiences of my life, giving me the opportunity to work with some of the most talented people I’ve ever met, and constantly break out of my comfort zone. Whether it was as a designer, a student, or a peer, I have learned so much from this program that I will take away with me forever.
