It is the time you have wasted for your rose that makes your rose so important.”
If you look around and see a girl with a colorful lion’s mane and cute cat doodles everywhere, that is probably me. In the past, I mainly created for myself or the people closest to me, but after high school, I realized that I could contribute to a larger community with my artistic abilities. The BFA was a humbling experience because it showed me that I had a lot of room to grow and there was so much to explore. Through my professors’ guidance and the support of my wonderful peers, I was able to experiment with new programs and techniques. I now know how to design with purpose, communicate effectively, and produce emotionally impactful work. No matter the project, my goal is always the same: to create designs that bring a little bit of happiness and color into the world.
